It’s an opportunity to change the world! Our Ministry Apprentices, Interns, and Student Workers are vital to our congregation and ministry efforts. Students have the opportunity to work and serve in a wide variety of ministries including Children’s, Youth, University, Worship, Missions, Creative Media, and general ministry.

Our programs are designed to not only equip students with real, hands on ministry experience, but to also help them grow as disciples of Jesus. Throughout your internship, you’ll regularly have conversations designed to help you grow physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and digitally (Luke 2:25).

It’s not just something we say, it’s something we deeply believe. Through the students that pass through the Harding, and the teams we send out across the globe, we have the opportunity to change the world. During their time at Downtown, many students will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects that only bless Downtown, but go on to bless hundreds of other congregations through The Church Resource Hub.
