Minister of Early Childhood

The Downtown Church of Christ is seeking a relational, organized, and spirit-led leader to serve as our Minister of Early Childhood. Our mission is to partner with families to raise children who are the W.O.R.D. made flesh: Worshipful, Obedient, Relational Disciple-makers.

In this role, you won't just be managing classrooms; you will be the architect of a child's first experiences with the heart of God. You will work alongside our Elementary Minister to provide a balanced, diverse leadership team that reflects the fullness of our church family. With administrative and coordination support provided by our Student Ministry Administrative Assistant, you can give your energy to relationally leading and ministering to families and volunteers.

We value the well-being of our leaders and offer regular sabbaticals to help our ministers keep their 'cups' full.
