  1. MILESTONE 1 CLASS IN FEBRUARY – Milestone classes are intended to equip you as a parent for your families journey through each life phase beginning with your newborn’s first cry through your child’s graduation. A new milestone class is coming in February designed specifically for newly pregnant parents through parents of two year olds. More information will be provided soon. We encourage all soon-to-be parents to those with twos please plan to join us each week!
  2. Valentine Parent Date Night - How about a Valentine’s treat! Children’s Ministry will be providing child care for parents who are interested in a night out on the town on Friday, February 10 from 5:30 – 9pm. There will be no cost to you. Please sign-up on the Children’s Ministry board no later than Sunday, February 5 if you plan to participate.
  3. NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION! Children’s Ministry will be hosting a new member orientation for all parents new to Downtown in the last year. If you have not attended a Children’s Ministry orientation, plan to join us during Bible class on Sunday, February 12, room 254 in the children’s wing.   4. Weight Watchers - Starting the New Year off with New Goals? Join Weight Watchers here at 5:15 pm in Rm. 4 (basement).
  5. Pantry needs and hours - Our food pantry is now open on Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00 p.m. We need Macaroni, Cereal, Canned chili, Canned chicken, Instant potatoes, Large cans of soup, Mayonnaise, Pickle Relish
  6. Twenties Journey Peak of the Week Devotional will meet at Carmichael Community Center each Wednesday in October at 6:59 p.m. Our Sunday morning class meets at 9:30 in Room 8.
