Foreign Missions

Long-Term Partnerships. Downtown Church of Christ partners with efforts that advance God’s mission. Currently, we are partnered with the following efforts:

  • Michelle Goff - Iron Rose Sister Ministries bilingual ministry to women, primarily across North and South America
  • Michael and Kris Bridges in Honduras
  • Nathan & Emily House, in Turkey
  • Kemmel and Lisa Dunham in Guatemala through Health Talents International

Global Apprentice Program. Downtown Church of Christ partners with individuals who seek to serve as apprentices to long-term missionaries in foreign contexts for a period of 1-2 years. Currently, we are partnered with the following missionary apprentices:

  • Caily Moore, Peru
  • Noah Hlavati, Asia

Short-term Mission Efforts. Downtown Church of Christ encourages participation in Christ’s mission through short-term efforts. Church members and students who attend Downtown Church of Christ may request funds for a mission effort by mailing their requests to MISSIONS, Downtown Church, 900 N. Main St., Searcy, AR  72143.

Please be aware that we only have funds that are designated to support the short-term mission efforts of those who are members of Downtown Church of Christ or students who regularly attend our assemblies.  

Online Correspondence Courses. We are partnered with two Bible correspondence courses. For more detail, please contact the appropriate people below.
